– The weather does not allow riding (in such cases the cancellation will usually be by us, and we or the property will contact you)

– Notice up to two hours before the start of the ride, regardless of the reason for the cancellation!

Please note that in cases where no cancellation notice is received in accordance with the above sections, no refund will be made.

Regarding changes to an existing booking – we understand that sometimes schedules do not go as we would like, and in most cases we allow flexibility in arriving and leaving for the ride. However, you must notify us in any case of delay so that we can prepare accordingly. There are situations where we will update you that the delay will not be possible and no changes can be made. Please note that late arrivals without prior notice and without confirmation will be shortened from the ride time and there will be no possibility of a refund.

Our bikes are maintained on a weekly basis by a skilled staff. Therefore, the chance of a puncture or other malfunction during the ride is very low. Such cases are most often caused if you do not follow the rules of riding, if you ride in a way that is inappropriate and not suitable for the terrain or if you choose a route with a level of difficulty that does not suit your riding skills.

We are here for you to help you choose the route that suits you best. Send us a message in the “Contact Us” tab or call us.

In addition, you must understand the rules of off-road riding that are listed while making a booking, And you will need to confirm that you are familiar with the rules and understand the consequences of non-compliance with these rules.

Note that riding in a way that does not comply with the rules or choosing a route with an inappropriate level of difficulty, may result in you having to return on foot or alternatively you will have to pay for rescue from the terrain. Geofen is not responsible for providing a way back to the rental point in the cases described above.

Have a great trip!
